1. Pre-inspection. Our technicians will do a complete walk through of your property and listen to your concerns about problem and damage areas and then assess and advise you on how we can help. » top

2. Furniture moving. Smaller items such as sofas, chairs, and tables will be carefully moved, however larger pieces such as desks, book cases, and other liability prone items will be left in place. Furniture will be placed on foam blocks or tabs as needed to protect carpet. » top

3. Pre-vacuum. Normally we ask that you pre-vacuum your carpet. If needed, we will vacuum before cleaning. » top

4. Pre-conditioning & spot treatment. High traffic areas and spots are treated with an eco-friendly solution to break down dirt, oils, and greases and loosens them up for a more effective cleaning. » top

5. Soil extract & rinse. After the pre-condition step, our technicians use a truck mount extraction machine which heats the water to a higher temperature and shoots the cleaning solution into the carpet fiber, which breaks up the dirt, bacteria, and pollens. Then, the machine uses high suction to draw the dirt out of the carpet and rinsed with a neutralizing product so there is no residue left behind. All our vans are equipped with water conditioners to ensure cleaner and softer carpets. » top

6. Spot treatment. Spots that are out of the ordinary may need to be treated with specialty spotting solutions. These include pet urine or feces, red wine, Kool-Aid, mustard, coffee, and other similar items that may contain inks or dyes. Please note: these excludes any permanent stains that were identified in the pre-inspection. » top

7. DuPontTM Teflon® Advanced carpet protection. (Optional but recommended) Teflon protects carpet from permanent staining and provides soil protection that allows for easy clean up of most spills. It will also extend the life of your carpet. Teflon is completely safe for your employees and customers. » top

8. Speed dry. Professional air movers will be placed in the room immediately after cleaning to jump start faster drying. Air movers will help to circulate the air creating rapid evaporation. » top

9. Post grooming. Carpet is groomed when needed with a professional groomer so the pile of your carpet is standing tall for a better appearance and to promote fast drying. » top

10. Post inspection. Our technical will make sure you are completely satisfied with your carpet cleaning and discuss your individual needs for future cleanings. » top

Save your carpet with certified carpet repairs

Before deciding your carpets need to be ripped out and replaced due to small tears or large ripples, get an estimate to have the problem repaired. Mike is an IICRC certified repair specialist and can fix or improve most problems you may be having with your carpet.

1. Has your carpet developed large ripples across the room that you keep tripping on?
2. Do you have annoying bleach stains dripped across your carpet?
3. Have you recently installed new kitchen or bathroom flooring and need carpet trimmed and restretched?

carpet repair

Has your carpet developed large ripples across the room that you keep tripping on? Carpet can shift over time due to heavy traffic patterns, moving large furniture or poor installation. We can use professional stretching tools to pull the carpet across the room, trim off the excess and retack it removing the ripples. In some cases the carpet may need to be cut and reseamed. » top

Do you have annoying bleach stains dripped across your carpet? Most people think the carpet is ruined when the color is removed due to bleach or other cleaning chemicals not meant for carpet. We are IICRC certified color repair specialists and can add dye to your stains to dramatically improve or completely repair the color back to its original state. » top

Have you recently installed new kitchen or bathroom flooring and need carpet trimmed and restretched? Most hard surface flooring installers do not install a carpet transition or finish the edge after completing their work on tile or wood. We can install new tackless strip, stretch and cut the carpet and then use an appropriate transition technique to complete the edge neatly and professionally. » top
